2026 Scottish Home Awards Finalists – Excellence in Sustainability

We are proud to be shortlisted at the 2026 Scottish Home Awards. This nomination recognises the support we have provided to West Dunbartonshire Council in its creation of sustainable, community-led regeneration and affordable housing.

Significant projects in recent years include the recently completed ‘Net Zero Ready’ Willox Park Sheltered Housing Accommodation in Dumbarton and Pappert, an affordable housing development comprising 6 Passivhaus Classic properties and 20 ‘Net Zero Ready’ homes, designed to achieve Platinum level net zero energy.

Working closely with the respective design teams, Carbon Futures devised tailored energy strategies for each development and provided specialist guidance on key elements of building performance including fabric, ventilation, heating and renewables. 

We look forward to attending the event on 18th June at the Doubletree Hilton in Glasgow, which is sure to be an enjoyable evening as always!
