As accredited Energy Assessors and Low Carbon Consultants, we are qualified to produce energy assessments on domestic (SAP) and non-domestic (SBEM) developments, including the production of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for both new-build and existing buildings.
In Scotland, we are Approved Certifiers of Design and are accredited to certify designs against Section 6 (Energy) of the Building Standards, providing a discount on the building warrant application fee and speeding up the building warrant process.
