Carbon Futures Names As Finalist at 2026 Herald Property Awards

We are delighted be shortlisted for the 2026 The Herald Property Awards for Scotland for our work on Willox Park Phase 1, a pioneering affordable housing development providing 17 highly sustainable, accessible and Net Zero-ready homes for West Dunbartonshire Council.

This project responded directly to Net Zero targets while addressing fuel poverty, energy resilience and the growing need for high-quality, specialist housing for older people.

As Energy and Sustainability Consultants, Carbon Futures devised a tailored energy strategy for the sheltered housing accommodation and provided specialist guidance on key elements of building performance including fabric, ventilation, heating and renewable technology.

We look forward to attending the awards ceremony on 24th September at the DoubleTree Hilton, Glasgow.
