We are delighted to announce the launch of Carbon Futures new London office, supporting our expanding portfolio of work across the UK.
Loreana brings extensive expertise in sustainability, architecture, and low-carbon project delivery, alongside a strong strategic approach to shaping climate-resilient places. Her experience across sustainable architecture, retrofit and low-carbon design will play a key role in helping clients navigate the transition to a more sustainable built environment.
Creating a new London base will enable Carbon Futures to work and collaborate more closely with organisations across the capital and beyond, expanding our reach and impact throughout the country.
Andrew Money, Director at Carbon Futures, commented:
“Expanding to the south of England is a significant milestone for Carbon Futures. It strengthens our ability to support organisations across the UK in creating transformative, sustainable communities. Loreana’s expertise in architecture, retrofit and low-carbon design makes her an ideal leader for our London operation, and we are delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Commenting on her appointment, Loreana Padron said:
“I am incredibly excited to be joining Carbon Futures and leading the launch of the London office. Carbon Futures has built a strong reputation for rigorous, practical sustainability advice, and I look forward to growing our presence in London and working with clients and collaborators who are committed to accelerating the transition to a low-carbon built environment.”

– Sustainability and ESG advice for developments and portfolios
– Climate resilience and adaptation strategies
– Passivhaus, AECB, and UKNZCB Standards advice and design
With offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh, the move to open a London location marks a new phase of growth for Carbon Futures, as we look to build upon the success we have achieved since our inception in 2015.
Over the past decade, Carbon Futures has supported some of Scotland’s most significant residential projects. These include the Transformational Regeneration Areas across Glasgow and the regeneration of Granton Waterfront in Edinburgh, which now houses Scotland’s largest net zero housing development.
Beyond housing, we are increasingly involved in commercial and educational developments, playing a significant role in the design and delivery of Ardrossan Community Campus, a mixed-use development featuring schools, nurseries, community, and sports facilities.
Carbon Futures’ specialist knowledge and expertise has had a significant impact on communities across the country, having been recognised with multiple industry awards. In 2025 we won the Innovation in Sustainable Design and Construction award at the Herald Property Awards for Scotland and in February this year, received a Highly Commended award in the Net Zero Development of the Year category at the Scottish Property Awards.
Further updates will follow in the coming weeks as Carbon Futures begins this exciting new chapter in London.
