Phase 4 of Transformative Dalmarnock Masterplan Underway
Following the successful conclusion of the first three phases of Link Group’s masterplan, the construction of phase four of the Riverside Dalmarnock development began this month. This will bring 95 more affordable homes to the community for social rent, including 41 homes for people over 55.
The award-winning development has so far delivered over 400 homes across a range of affordable rental and purchase options, meeting a wide range of needs from single people and couples to families and older people.
