Retrofit for Riverside Scotland: Project Complete 

Carbon Futures is pleased to have supported Riverside Scotland and Union Technical on the successful delivery of a social housing retrofit project in Kilwinning, North Ayrshire.

30 one-bedroom bungalows were recently upgraded to reduce energy usage, lower tenant energy bills and make the properties heat-pump ready. The homes previously had an EPC band D rating and this now has been improved to a B rating.

We are delighted to hear that residents are already feeling the benefits of the energy efficiency upgrade works, with tenant Eileen Kerr commenting:

“It’s night and day – what a difference! My home feels so much warmer and looks fantastic. The works have transformed the properties and given the area a real facelift.”
