Carbon Futures is delighted to be supporting Riverside Scotland and Union Technical in the delivery of a 30-unit retrofit social housing project in Kilwinning, North Ayrshire.

30 one-bedroom bungalows will be upgraded to reduce energy usage, lower tenant energy bills and make the properties heat-pump ready.

The homes currently have an EPC band D rating and this will be improved to a B rating, following completion of the works.

Work commences on-site very soon and we look forward to seeing the progress as it unfolds.
