Project Completion: Willox Park Phase 1 Net Zero Ready Sheltered Housing for West Dunbartonshire Council

Phase 1 of this affordable housing development saw the creation of 17 new sheltered housing homes consisting of 14 flats and 3 bungalows within a C-shaped block, formed around an amenity courtyard.

Working collaboratively alongside the project’s design team, Carbon Futures developed an energy strategy to achieve the client’s ambitious brief for a ‘Net Zero Ready’ development, future-proofed against government policy.
