Carbon Futures to support the development of over 360 new homes in Aberdeen

Project News / March 14 2016

Carbon Futures have been appointed as Energy and Sustainability Consultants for a large-scale regeneration project in Aberdeen.

The development at the former Summerhill Education Centre has been designed by Hypostyle Architects and will consist of 368 new flatted dwellings.

The development is one of many to be delivered in the city through a joint-venture between Aberdeen City Council and Places For People.  The new organisation will have responsibility to build, own and manage new affordable homes across Aberdeen.

Carbon Futures are delighted to be working alongside the project design team to develop an enhanced energy and sustainability strategy for the development.
